The above photos are of pipe repairs on  gas lines that were under the minimum . The these were fully Engineered Repairs  to ISO standards and could have been to ASME standards. These repairs could be rated for life of 20 years (with a possibility of extension). 

Not only saving the client pipe replacement costs and saved the client extending shutdown durations and  also eliminating Hot Work and eliminating other significant potential safety risks .

The above photos are of pipe repairs on corroded 20 and 24” dia hot export gas lines. The work was done whilst the plant was still in operation, not only saving the client pipe replacement costs but also saving the client on not having to shut down during the Site Solutions (TD) Ltd’s workscope. Prior to start the pipes were client inspected and all work fully risk assessed.

Above photos are of a gas vent line with holes found, using a non-engineered solution, where we plate bonded and composite wrapped. The repair saved the client the cost of removing and replacing the pipework, eliminating the hotwork requirements and associated risks
